Wow, this is only my 2nd post for September? That isn't right. September is "birthday month" and there's usually some happenings every weekend. I actually had a relatively busy & eventful September, but I really wasn't compelled to actually write about it. I had 2 fantasy football drafts Labor Day weekend, volunteered (for the team) for the Ragnar Relay, took part in the Kitchen Sink (which I posted pics of), went out for Jaymi's bday (Elephant Bar, Thalassa, & Berekeley snack-time), bbq'd for Jay's bday, sushi & dessert for Kev's bday, watched a free screening of "For A Good Time, Call...", went to BJ's beer tasting & dinner event, and then this weekend I did major service on mi madre's car (changed out the oil, front & rear differential fluid, & automatic transmission fluid). Oh, and there was also football.
I'll try to be better about writing about stuff in October. I really haven't had that many ideas to write about. I mean, I have, but they're kind of depressing topics, like "what I'd say to my cousins & friends if I were to never see them again" (think, video will), or "faking my death (witness protection scenario) and starting a new life somewhere else", or something to the effect of "it was a good ride, but all good things must come to an end". I have still end up writing about one or all of those, but we'll see if something more positive comes up.
