  • Good Times

Hung out with Kev & Justin today. It had been a really long time since the 3 of us had been together, maybe over a year, I think, right before Justin moved to New York. I really missed just hanging out and talking about random stuff. It reminded me of how we were back in high school and college, which seems like ages ago. Justin plans on going back to New York in 2 months, so hopefully we can hang out some more before he leaves again.

Afterwards, I went over to J's to bbq for the Mayweather/Guerrero fight. I made bulgogi, a korean dish of thinly sliced marinated beef. I looked up a bulgogi marinade recipe and made it from scratch, and it turned out really good. Between that, the homemade chocolate chip & white chocolate macadamia nut cookie dough that I've been making lately, and my wannabe Porto's strawberry & cheese rolls, I think I'm finally getting competent in the kitchen. Yeah me! And I also got to play with the kids a little bit. I normally don't get a lot of time with them since they play with all the other cousins & stuff.
Yeaup, today was a good day.
